So this is day 2 in Pies, Tarts, and Tea Cakes.
It is an Italian mascarpone mousse filling, a toasted hazelnut flour crust, with sliced fresh strawberries that I lightly 'painted' over with a strawberry/apricot glaze. I use that same glaze (just a tiny bit) around the top of the crust to add crushed pistachios.
Yum!!
